By weaving Tantric and Sexual Chi Kung practices with modern transformational processes this workshop series will present:

• Powerful Tantric breath practices to awaken and circulate vital energy flow, and to multiply and expand your orgasm
• Practices for female hormonal balance which will regulate menstruations, prevent and reduce PMS, alleviate menopausal symptoms and function as anti-depressants
• Rituals/rite of passage to reclaim our virginity (wholeness) and to help reconcile Sexuality & Spirituality
• Tantra Polarity Healing
• Basic Communication Training around giving and receiving touch
