My Work with Women

Every session is unique and so is every woman who blossoms in her own special time and unique way. My role is to create a sacred space where nurturing, healing and guidance are available. I draw from twenty five years as a holistic healer, spiritual practitioner and Tantra teacher working with thousands healing the split between sexuality and spirituality. I offer women of all ages and sexual preferences a safe and loving space to help reclaim the sacredness of our body-mind connection.

Private Sessions

The private sessions are designed to introduce Sacred Sexuality in a very practical way connecting love and sex and opening to your full orgasmic potential. Whether you have been in therapy or not these sessions will take sexual healing to the core using powerful breath work, massage, hands-on sexual healing whenever appropriate as well as Tantric and Taoist practices to connect sexuality and spirituality.

THE WOMAN’S TWO and THREE HOUR SESSION may include:

Ancient sexual secrets revealing natural practices of regulating our hormones such as the breast massage. This precious self nurturing practice helps prevent breast cancer and works as anti depressant while promoting rejuvenation and longevity.

Spiritual Counselling providing listening to your sexual story or issues and intentions

Tantric techniques to harmonize energy with a partner and open the heart

Fire Breath Orgasm demo and practice and coaching

A Polarity Session Heart/Genital Connection (or hand above the pubis instead) if it feels right and if time allows.

Tantric Wholistic Massage can be included here if we schedule a longer session or can be scheduled separetely. In a first session I usually like to start with a regular massage unless a woman specifically asks for the Tantric full body massage.

A YONI HEALING MASSAGE can take place in a later session when a woman is ready after evaluation. That longer session lasts 2-3 hours. It is good to leave it open (up to 3 hours) in case you need more time to process.

My Philosophy

Women often need to be able to talk openly about their sexuality and share deep emotions such as shame, guilt and self hatred due in part to the lack of proper guidance, sexual abuse and self dishonouring. The body related therapeutic approaches I have used over twenty five years work powerfully to help integrate body mind and spirit. In my sessions you will learn very practical and powerful ways to continue healing the split between love and sex while celebrating your sacred erotic nature.

In our society the cult of performance dictates how a woman’s body should look, smell and act. The latest trend in cosmetic surgery now offers “designer vaginas promising a photogenic vagina and more confidence in the boudoir.” Is it a wonder that we have difficulties accepting ourselves, our bodies and our sexuality as women?
Non acceptance of our body, our sexuality and our feminine essence over time can create some severe health imbalances. It shows in the high percentage of women suffering from PMS and other feminine disorders. Up to 60% of women suffer from the former according to Dr. Cristiane Nortrup, author of Women’s Bodies, Women’s Wisdom. Genital Armoring creates numbness, non-orgasmic conditions, loss of desire or reduction of sexual feelings result the wounding created from the separation of sexuality and spirituality and the loss of the feminine mysteries.
